The following is a selection of scholarship work supported by INTACH UK Trust:
- Documenting Orissan vernacular buildings
- Filming the work of Indian artist Amrita Sher-Gil
- Researching Anglo-Indian furniture
- Running a workshop for artisans using bamboo
- Researching the indigo industry in North West India for a publication
- Researching low-cost housing in the Zanskar valley
- Participation in excavations at Gilund, Rajasthan
- Training in the skills of brass-casting in Kerala
- Researching Sikh iconography
- Running a workshop on the consolidation of large paintings and scrolls
- Research into the Anglo-Indian community of Cheltenham
- Support for a cultural exchange project between musicians in Rajasthan and Cardiff
- Survey of pre-historic rock art in central India
- Documentation of the sacred city of Kumbakonam, south India
The following are examples of conservation projects that have been supported by INTACH UK Trust:
- Restoration of extensive complex of buildings at Orcha, Madhya Pradesh
- Restoration of the Nagaur Fort, Rajasthan
- Revitalising traditional water resource systems at Jodhpur, Rajasthan
- Indo-British training programmes with the British Council on material conservation, Museum Management and Heritage Management
- Support for Charles Wallace Institute for Conservation Research Training, Lucknow
- Conservation of stained glass at Victoria Terminus, Bombay, St James Church, Delhi and Christ Church Mussoori
